ALERT, ALERT: HAITI NEEDS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On January 12, 2010 there was a horrible earthquake in Haiti that brought fear to all. It put everything in Haiti upside down. Many of the people in Haiti are either starving, dead or homeless. Millions of people were affected by this quake and someone should lend out a hand and make a donation to save the people of Haiti.

There was lots of things going on after the earthquake hit Haiti, for example people needed homes food, and they were also having construction issues because some of there buildings were knocked down. Haiti's President René Préval said "Help the people with tents. Create employment so people can buy food in the country. That is what's most important" . They need to focus on what they need done at that time. Lots of people need to pitch in and help these Haitians because if it were them they would want some on to help them. As many as 200,000 people were killed in the magnitude 7.0 quake, which largely destroyed Port-au-prince, and left hundreds and thousands of people homeless, injured and in need of help. Some of the other landmarks the quake destroyed was the Presidential Palace, the National Assembly Building and the main jail. After the earthquake hit, rescue squads brung lots of first aid kits and rushed many people to the hospital. Also after the storm many people slept in the streets, on the side walks, or even on open land because they feared that many more buildings would fall and injure the rest of the people thats left. They say that there buildings are so weak that they wouldn't even be able to stand up in any kind of disaster.

The people of Haiti need lots of help. Many people have reached out and helped them but they need a lot more help to rebuild their country and all there people that are in need. People who want to help can also go to a Haiti website and go to the haiti foundation to help as well.

How To Bake A Cake!!!!!

Materials-

1 stick of butter(plus more for pan)

2 cups of sugar

2 cups of all purpose flour(plus more for pan)

2 tea spoons of baking soda

2tea spoons of ground cinnamon

1 tea spoon of salt

1 and a half cups of vagatable oil

4 eggs

3 cups of grated carrots

16 ounces of cream cheese

1 tea spoon of vanilla extract

Equipment-

3 9inch round cake pans

Parchment paper

A hand mixer

Step 1-

Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper, butter the it and dust it with flour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2-

Use your hand mixer to combine sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt

Step 3-

Mix in the vegetable oil and eggs until blended, then add the carrots.

Step 4-

Pour the batter onto the pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Step 5-

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before frosting.

5. When she yell at them- students get mad when she yell at them for no reason but she make it seem like it is a reason for her to be yelling. Example: If a student was in there locker she would start screaming hurry up, but don't never give them a chance to get there stuff and go.

4. Always on teachers side in argument- If a student is arguing with a teacher she takes the teachers side and the student gets in trouble, even though she get both sides of the story, she ends up taking the teachers side.

3. Always suspends students for 3 days- If you don't wear uniform, if curse out a teacher, if you skip class, if you fight, if your late class, anything you do she will suspended for 3 days. I think its weird that she do that but she do for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

2. She's rude- When ever she don't know someones name she always shout out "yo"at them. And you can be having a serious conversation with her and she gets loud and rude for no reason. When you speak to her she makes weird faces and thats when you notice she's about to say/do something rude.

1. The Uniform Issue- And last but not least the uniform issues. The principal can't even be happy with us wearing the uniform she wants us to tuck our shirts in. This issue is number 1 because there is not a day were she doesn't nag a student about their uniforms, no matter how it is or what's under it.

LIARS!!!

My worst pet peeve is when people lie. When people lie it makes my skin crawl... LITERALLY. I wish i could just erase the memory of that word. I absolutely hate it so much I would make it a career to kill people that lie to me. Just the fact that people can lie makes me wanna CHOP MY HEAD OFF AND FEED IT TO THEM because it's so wrong for people to do, and yet when someone finds out that the person is lying they tell more lies!!!! I swear people just cant get enough of Pinocchio and what happened to him when he lied. Don't you just love when they get caught in a lie and then try to lie about it? I cant stand how they can lie and live with themselves. I'm not saying that i don't lie, because everybody have my moments but people make lying seem like it's a natural born hobby. When people lie they tend to get mad when you got them all figured out. I absolutely, Positively can't stand liars.!!!!!!:(

Baby Boy

I absolutely love the movie Baby Boy because its filled with lots drama, romance, and it has my favorite actress in it. This movie is about a boy named jodie and how he tries to become a man and take care of his family. Jodie is always arguing with his baby mother because she ALWAYS think he's cheating on her. In the movie they also have there moments when they make love to hide the fact that they are having family issues. Jodie tries to do good for his family by making money to support them, but he does it the wrong way!

This movie also has my favorite actress, Taraji .P Henson. She is a phenomenal woman and I

love her. She play's jodie's girlfriend and she love him a lot, but she feel as if he's always in the streets and never have time for her or their son. If you haven't seen this movie I think you should because its very real world related. When i say that I mean the movie is related to the way people act in the real world. I would say the only bad thing that about the movie is that it has a little too much drama in it. Jodie's girlfriend always was crying and screaming his name when she feel as if he has done something wrong. This is an awesome movie and i recommend you watch it.
